To reach out is the first step, I thank you for finding my details. 

My name is Victoria Brooke, my empathic approach will provide you a safe space to explore counselling.

I understand the courage it will take to start your journey, finding a professional like myself can be helpful. I have much experience of client work, having dealt with a wide range of issues, not limited to stress, anxiety, depression or life transition. 

I work without agenda and without judgment. Together, I will support you to build the pathway to healing. Talking to me in confidence, I give you my full attention, providing you great relief, enabling you to build greater resilience. 

​As a Gestalt therapist, I believe you as a person will be constantly changing.

Gestalt therapy is a humanistic approach, focusing on your individual experiences and how we relate to others within our environment. 

How you contact and respond to your environment, the world around you, will provide me understanding to what may influence your feelings and emotions. Each part of you is intimately connected, every part is valid.​ I will work collaboratively, considering your mental and social factors. I understand to embrace this, will provide me better understanding to what parts of you need more attention to complete your journey.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to the ethical framework, professionally delivering good and safe practice.
